Your taxi driver refuse to use meter?

Get some evidence e.g.: photo or video and lodge report to Suruhanjaya Pengangkutan Awam Darat (SPAD) at 1-800-88-7723
It is highly recommended to go taxi at the counter if any because that is the most reliable taxi service. Some locations that offer this service are:
- all airports e.g.: KLIA, LCCT, Subang Airport
- main travel hub e.g.: KL Sentral
However if there is no taxi counter available, please insist the taxi driver to use meter before you get into the taxi.
